 To create VPN on your VPS you will have to contact your web hosting provider and ask to enable “NAT” for your VPS. Once you have enabled it for your VPS go to,

Start >> RUN >> Type “services.msc”

Now,  select “Routing and Remote Access” on the services list and then go to properties.
